Advent Challenge, Day 10; Homemade irish Cream

Food is a wonderful gift at Christmas but even more so if its homemade. Today's recipe is for one of my favorite drinks, even if its not that Christmas orientated, it still makes for an amazing gift. I remember getting a bottle of Baileys for Christmas one year, so tasty. Well here you go, my simple Christmas recipe for Irish Cream.

250ml of Single Cream
1 x 400g tin of Condensed Milk
320ml of Whiskey
1tsp of Coffee Essence
3tsp of Chocolate Sauce
1tsp of Vanilla Essence
1tsp of Almond Essence

1. Make sure you have containers to store the drink in after you've made it. Preferably glass bottles. You can use any old glass bottles, just make sure you put them through the dish washer a couple of times to sterilize them.
2. Pretty simple, pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend rapidly for 30 seconds. Add more coffee or chocolate to get the taste right.
3. Pour into the sterile bottles and refrigerate. It will keep for up to 2 months.
